Carmen Rechbauer is the Executive Director Clinical Support Services at HealthShare NSW and has been a senior manager in the organisation since its inception in 2005. She has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry in both the private and public sector.

As a member of the HealthShare NSW Executive team Carmen has specific responsibility for delivering Food and Patient Support Services (cleaning, linen distribution, portering etc) and Linen Services (laundries) to support front-line health service organisations in NSW Health with direct and indirect responsibility for over 5,000 staff and a budget of over $400M.

Carmen lead the establishment of the business unit, including the organisational design and structure, the development of new and innovative delivery models, the establishment of client relationship models, the implementation of new supporting information technologies and the management of transition and transformation activities in the business.
