Emerging role of microbiome

August 20 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

The microbiome can be described as the genome of all the microorganisms that live in or on vertebrates. An evolving understanding and emerging technologies have opened up research that focuses on the intestinal ecosystem and body surfaces in general, the influence of environments on the expression of the microbiome and, in turn, the influences of the microbiome on human health and disease.
