REGISTRATION

Full registration details, including fees, will soon be made available under the register tab of this site.

Full payment is required either at the time of registration or no later than two weeks after making your registration.

You are welcome to attend any session that interests you.

Sunday: 12pm to 5pm Monday: 7.30am to 6.30pm Tuesday: 6.45am to 5.15pm Wednesday: 6.45am to 1.50pm

CONGRESS VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION

There is a range of accommodation options in and around Auckland, New Zealand. We will be making some accommodation recommendations for you that you will be able to book via the online registration system. Details will be available on the website soon.

The Aotea Centre is fully accessible, including ramps and lift access between levels..

There is a paid carpark under the Aotea centre (The Civic Carpark). The road has entrances off Mayoral drive and Greys Ave: https://at.govt.nz/driving-parking/parking-in-auckland/civic-car-park/

A quiet meeting room with bathroom facilities will be available for parents to accompany their children throughout Congress. There is also a sound proof viewing room in the main ASB Theatre where parents can sit with children and are still able to listen and view the plenary and shared sessions. Unfortunately we will not have child minding services available, however we can recommend services in the area on request.

Hearing loops are available throughout the venue.

Business or smart casual attire is recommended for Congress and ancillary events. Lounge suit or cocktail attire for the Gala Dinner.

CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Yes. You will be provided with a specific link and Congress certificate for you to be able to claim your CPD Credits. Fellows can claim attendance at the RACP Congress 2019 under ‘Category 1: Educational Activities’ at 1 CPD credit per hour.
