New Zealand doctor, entrepreneur, and best-selling author, Dr Sam Hazledine is regarded as a thought-leader in evolving how doctors live and work.
The Ernst & Young – Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Sir Peter Blake Leader is the founder and Managing Director of Australasia’s fastest growing recruitment company, MedRecruit, which has featured in the Deloitte Fast 50 as the fastest growing service business in the country. He has also founded a wealth management company for doctors called MedCapital, and a wellness company for doctors called MedWorld. MedWorld researches doctor stress and burnout, has created solutions for doctors, and has successfully lobbied the World Medical Association to include doctor well-being in the Declaration of Geneva, the modern-day Hippocratic Oath.
Sam is the author of the best-selling business book Unfair Fight published by Random House Publishing, and Medicine’s Four Minute Mile: The Evolved Physician’s Oath where he shares many lessons for helping doctors to thrive.
